To participate in the successful execution of Business Intelligence and Analytics plans and operational activities by supporting the development and implementation of data initiatives, delivering actionable insights, and deploying reporting and analytics solutions to achieve targets and maximize business performance in alignment with the organization’s strategy.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

Participate in analyzing customer data and transaction patterns to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and performance improvement.

Support Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams with actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making.

Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, churn analysis, and funnel tracking to better understand customer lifecycle, engagement, and retention.

Perform deep-dive analysis on payment flows, transaction success rates, campaign effectiveness, and key revenue drivers.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.

Continuously enhance analytics frameworks, reporting methodologies, and performance measurement standards to improve business visibility.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to monitor products, services, and KPIs.

Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions to track business metrics including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

Prepare executive-ready presentations and deliver clear data storytelling to stakeholders across the organization.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot) to optimize SQL development, automate workflows, and accelerate analytics processes.

Utilize AI-assisted techniques for exploratory analysis, pattern recognition, hypothesis generation, and data validation.

Stay up to date with emerging AI and analytics technologies and integrate relevant innovations into daily operations to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

Data Architecture, Governance & Infrastructure

Participate in designing and maintaining scalable data architecture, data lakes, and data models to support current and future analytics needs.

Establish and monitor data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability.

Implement data governance standards, including data quality monitoring, validation controls, and documentation practices.

Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data collection, storage, and performance strategies.

Identify opportunities to improve analytics systems, processes, and practices in line with industry best practices and business objectives.

Research regional and global analytics trends to recommend and implement enhancements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance standards, and relevant regulatory requirements while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or any related field

Proficiency in English language

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

Proficiency in Arabic language

Preference in hiring will be given for Bahraini nationals.
