Server Administrator for Bahrain
Full-time
VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
The company is currently looking for a Server Administrator for its Bahrain operations. The role requires expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Bit Locker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM), Exchange Server, File Services, Virtual Machine and system management tools.
Skill Set Required- All Windows Platform Servers
- Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Servers
- Microsoft Office 365 and all its Components
- Microsoft Bit Locker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Operations Manager, Configurations Manager, Data Protection Manager, Virtual Machine Manager, Orchestrator (Microsoft Management tools)
- Microsoft File Services
- All Windows Client Operating Systems
- Minimum 4 years of experience in server administration
- Excellent understanding of organization’s goals and objectives
- Experience with Incident Management Procedures (tracking processes and applications)
- Proven analytical and creative problem‑solving skills
- Ability to conduct in‑depth research for solutions
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts, configuration and architecture
- Experience with systems planning, security principles, and best practices for server management
- Strong network troubleshooting skills including backbone infrastructure issues
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication and documentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Environment and local IT policies and procedures
- Self‑motivated, highly independent, self‑learning, adaptable, able to prioritize and execute tasks in high‑pressure changing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and operating instructions
- Team‑oriented, collaborative working style
Joining time frame: 1 month
The selected candidate will join VAM Systems Bahrain and be deputed to a leading organization in Bahrain.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
