Senior Officer

Job Objective

The role holder is responsible for development of mission critical system and IT tools to facilitate BIBF operations and different needs.

The role requires vast experience in application architecture and system designs. As well, the role requires coding experience using low-code, AI, .NET, Java, JavaScript and using multiple frameworks.

Evaluating and implementing new technologies is a critical part of this role. Also, this role involves high participation and effort in leading teams and projects.

Develop technical specifications to cover all business requirements to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

• Develop solution and recommend product customizations and enhancements to
  -meet business requirements.
• Architect and design systems requirement to meet enterprise systems' requirement such as integrity, high availability, security, high performance, etc.
• Design and execute data migration plans whenever it's required.
• Coordinate and assist development manager to ensure implementing best practices and compliance requirements and perform the required peer review.
• Assist auditors/QA performing audits and implement fixes in timely and professional manners.
• Engage with project team to gather best practices and guidance from the business team to integrate and improve methodologies and user experience.
• Familiar with different system models in ERP system such as MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, ODOO or any similar ERP. And ability to customize and integrate using low-code or any needed coding language such as .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, SQL etc.
• Support the management of Microsoft Share point portal with all its updates and customization requirement.
• Performs a variety of complex programming tasks as part of the SDLC such as designing, documenting, coding program logic and testing.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications.
• Assists in developing user documentation, manuals and necessary technical documents.
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Design and develop user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by completing programming using languages and software products and conducting tests.
• Integrate applications by designing database architecture in addition to data from various back-end services and databases.
• Develop and maintain web services and SQL databases for various applications and systems.
• Fulfills data and reporting requests on demand by connecting to multiple databases and writing complex SQL queries, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Development, - Optimization, Debugging, and Security using Dynamics.
• Undertake any other responsibilities in the department, as directed by the Senior Manager and/or Head of Department.

Minimum 4-6 years of development experience in an organization of similar size or equivalent is required.

• Experience using Web API, working with Representational State Transfer (REST) web services and designing & developing XML/JSON based schemas for data exchange.
• Experience in developing different workflows, Custom workflow Actions and Plugins, Dialogs, Business Process Flows.
• Experience in Creating reports MS SQL Server SSRS, Visual Studio, .NET and defining data integration layers using SSIS.
• Experience using Power BI is preferred. Working experience in dealing with ERP enterprise systems.
