Job Title:
Senior IT Officer / Assistant Manager – IT

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and technically strong healthcare IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Officer / Assistant Manager – IT. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), strong SQL skills, and the ability to manage healthcare IT operations efficiently.
BasicMandatory Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Hospital Information System (HIS)
- 4–5 years of healthcare IT experience
- Strong SQL query writing skills (mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Technically competent with in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and database management
- Manage and maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis
- Provide technical support to clinical and administrative departments
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards as required by management
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals
- Handle IT documentation, asset management, and system audits
- Support integration between HIS and other healthcare applications
- Assist in IT budgeting, infrastructure planning, and IT strategy implementation
