Job Description Must Have Skills- Hands‑on with Intune and/or MECM (SCCM); WSUS
- Patch Windows (WUfB/WSUS/MECM), macOS (Jamf), and third‑party apps; coordinate reboots and deferrals.
- Power Shell scripting; strong troubleshooting of failed deployments
- Experience with change management (ITIL), incident/problem management, and executive reporting
- Integrate with Vulnerability Management tool Tenable
- Track MTTR for critical vulnerabilities; reduce exposure windows and exceptions/waivers.
- Knowledge of incident management
