Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join Pay

. This role is designed for a high‑energy, versatile marketer who can bridge the gap between digital strategy and physical “boots on the ground” execution. You will be responsible for driving consumer acquisition through a mix of digital performance, local activations, and lifecycle engagement.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Bahrain Activations
- Digital Performance & SEO
- Content & Influencer Management
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in GTM or Growth Marketing, specifically within Bahrain’s B2C or tech start‑up eco‑system
- Experience in the Bahrain market, with deep understanding of local market landscape
- Fluent in both Arabic & English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Fin Tech/Payments industry experience is a plus
