Job Description

• Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes using modern design tools.
• Translate business and product requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Maintain consistent design standards and visual identity across all digital products.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff.
• Review implemented designs and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and propose continuous enhancements.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
• 1–2 years of practical UI/UX design experience.
• Excellent visual design and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and creativity.

• Proficiency in Figma (required).
• Wire framing and prototyping tools.
• User research and usability testing methodologies.
• UI design principles, typography, and layout.
• Basic understanding of front‑end development workflows.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of deliverables.
