Job Description
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes using modern design tools.
- Translate business and product requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Maintain consistent design standards and visual identity across all digital products.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff.
- Review implemented designs and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and propose continuous enhancements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
- 1–2 years of practical UI/UX design experience.
- Excellent visual design and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Figma (required).
- Wire framing and prototyping tools.
- User research and usability testing methodologies.
- UI design principles, typography, and layout.
- Basic understanding of front‑end development workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of deliverables.
