Job DescriptionSofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking an accomplished Chief Concierge to lead our Concierge team and deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences in line with Sofitel's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Concierge team, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Create memorable, tailor‑made experiences for VIP and repeat guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers
- Ensure full compliance with Sofitel brand standards and service excellence
- Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence and efficiency
- Active Les Clefs d'Or member (mandatory)
- Proven experience as Chief Concierge in a luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, culture, dining, and entertainment in Bahrain
- Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
