Emergency Management Specialist

About the Role

Culmen International is seeking an Emergency Management Specialist tosupport our client onsite in Bahrain.

Candidates should be located in Bahrain.

Manages, directs, coordinates, and implements the Command Emergency Management.

Conducting hazard identification and risk assessments, collaborating with multiple agencies, developing and maintaining emergency management plans and analyzing continuity and emergency management practices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the EM program, managing a multi-mission complex and strong knowledge of command mission, organization requirements, policies and EM program requirements within the assigned AOR.
• Knowledge and skills in analyzing and evaluating methods and techniques, developing alternatives, and presenting recommendations and conclusions for improving emergency response in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
• Experience in control center operations to evaluate and respond to emergency response situations from government, military, Federal, or other government law enforcement/ security organizations.
• Strong knowledge in conducting detailed analyses of complex EM functions and work processes, using past and present knowledge of specialty response areas (e.g. shipboard fire) and the emergency response teams required to respond, control, contain, and recover.
• Subject matter expertise (SME) input to CNSG-C Commodore regarding industrial ship safety for fire prevention.
• Active Secret clearance.

• Active 8570 IAT II (or higher) Baseline Certification, such as:
  Security+|CE,CASP desired.
