As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of the financial framework, creating robust financial models, and delivering high-level reports for senior management and stakeholders. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical mastery and strategic foresight.

• Management Information Systems (MIS):
  Design, implement, and oversee sophisticated MIS frameworks and executive dashboards to provide real-time financial transparency and critical KPIs to the leadership team.
• Budgeting & Strategic Forecasting:
  Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting cycle and develop complex rolling forecasts, partnering with business units to ensure rigorous financial alignment with corporate objectives.
• Financial & Regulatory Reporting:
  Direct the preparation and presentation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring precision in variance analysis and strategic commentary.
• System & Data Management:
  Oversee the integrity of the financial database, ensuring seamless data extraction and accurate reporting across all core financial platforms.
• Controls & Process Improvement:
  Establish and maintain robust internal controls and streamline accounting workflows to improve overall organizational efficiency and data accuracy.

• Experience:
  
  12–15 years of progressive experience in senior finance roles (Controller or Senior Finance Manager level), with a heavy emphasis on MIS, budgeting, and statutory reporting.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Extensive experience with Tier 1 ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional analytical prowess, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial narratives to executive boards. Mastery of advanced Excel is essential.
• Education:
  
  A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are highly preferred.
• Banking or Financial Services Experience is a must
