Oversee and manage the planning and execution of facility development projects related to airport assets, ensuring they meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Review and approve architectural and engineering designs to ensure adherence to safety regulations and airport operational guidelines.
Report on project budgets, ensuring expenditure remains within approved limits while seeking cost-effective solutions.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as specific aviation industry standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and achievements.
Desired Candidate Profile Education / Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred; certifications in project management (PMP) are a bonus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
- Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools.
