• On-Site Leadership
  :
  Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Coordination
  :
  Act as the primary point of contact for MEP subcontractors, ensuring work stays on schedule and aligns with architectural plans.
• Quality Contro
  l:
  Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets local building codes and Olive Green’s internal quality standards.
• Troubleshooting
  :
  Identify technical bottlenecks early and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Safety Oversigh
  t:
  Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site.

• Experience
  : 5+ years in MEP supervision, preferably within commercial or large-scale residential construction.
• Technical Expertise
  :
  Deep understanding of mechanical (HVAC), electrical (Power & Lighting), and plumbing (Water & Drainage) systems.
• Blueprint Proficiency
  :
  Ability to read and interpret complex MEP shop drawings and schematics.
• Leadership
  : A leader who fosters a collaborative environment & effectively resolving conflicts and mentoring junior staff.
• Certification
  : A degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
