Internship - Care Center; Junior Agent

We’re offering an exciting Care Center Internship opportunity at Allianz Partners – Bahrain for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact

As a Care Center Intern, you will support the Care Center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Support the team with case follow‑ups, documentation, and data updates.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

• Fresh university graduate
• No working experience
• Bachelor’s degree (medical or health‑related background preferred).
• Strong communication and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
