Job Description

Senior Multimedia Specialist to lead and execute multimedia content creation across digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for high-quality visual content including graphics, videos, animations, and digital marketing creatives that support branding and business growth.

• Develop and manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations)
• Design creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns
• Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production
• Create motion graphics and basic animations
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams
• Manage content calendars and meet project deadlines
• Guide and support junior designers (if applicable)
• Stay updated with latest design and multimedia trends

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Multimedia Specialist
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with social media creatives and digital marketing content
• Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

• GCC experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong creative and leadership skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Salary as per experience- 300 BHD TO 600 BHD
• Company visa and work permit
• Annual leave and medical as per Bahrain labor law
