The roleWe’re seeking an Onboarding Executive to own and execute our operations strategy.
You will be responsible for Onboarding new restaurants and training staff’s
This role requires a valid driver’s license, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
What you’ll be driving:- Create and maintain an onboarding schedule across your designated area/city and meet all timelines.
- Provide training to merchants’ staff on-site, via phone, virtual.
- Cultivate great relationships with your accounts.
- Mystery shop to ensure all venue staff are up to speed in their product knowledge and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations & Finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Create a great Merchant experience by answering any queries and/or managing requests.
- Perform tests of new features and integrations.
- Relevant business degree;
- Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken is a must;
- Understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit - desire to build something big, hustle to get things done and have a measurable impact for your efforts.
