The role

We’re seeking an Onboarding Executive to own and execute our operations strategy.

You will be responsible for Onboarding new restaurants and training staff’s

This role requires a valid driver’s license, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.

What you’ll be driving:
  • Create and maintain an onboarding schedule across your designated area/city and meet all timelines.
  • Provide training to merchants’ staff on-site, via phone, virtual.
  • Cultivate great relationships with your accounts.
  • Mystery shop to ensure all venue staff are up to speed in their product knowledge and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations & Finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create a great Merchant experience by answering any queries and/or managing requests.
  • Perform tests of new features and integrations.
Qualifications
  • Relevant business degree;
  • Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken is a must;
  • Understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit - desire to build something big, hustle to get things done and have a measurable impact for your efforts.
