- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ELV, CCTV, security systems, and IT networking markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, contractors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Expand distribution channels and increase market share for key brands and products.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with clients and suppliers.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and networking meetings.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies for CCTV, access control, alarm systems, networking, and IT products.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management.
- Support the sales team in closing large projects and key accounts.
- Oversee daily business operations including logistics, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure efficient coordination between sales, warehouse, procurement, and finance departments.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with international vendors.
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and supervise sales and operations staff.
- Develop performance KPIs and evaluate team productivity.
- Improve team knowledge in ELV and IT products.
- Prepare sales forecasts and operational reports.
- Monitor profit margins, operational costs, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain commercial regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in ELV, CCTV, security systems, or IT distribution industry.
- Experience in business development and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, networking, and security systems.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Bahrain security & IT market.
- Ability to develop distribution channels and partnerships.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Experience with brands such as Hikvision, EZVIZ, ZKTeco, Ruijie, and TP Link.
- Existing relationships with system integrators and contractors in Bahrain.
- Sales growth and revenue targets.
- Expansion of distribution partners.
- Market share growth in ELV and IT products.
- Inventory turnover and operational efficiency.
