Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Manama. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires effective communication and a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and task coordination to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Understanding of brand engagement, marketing strategies, and client-focused solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools and software relevant to account management, such as CRM platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and align client goals with innovative solutions for brand growth and success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
