WE. LOGISTICS is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in domestic transportation and last-mile delivery services
. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background within the logistics sector and a proven ability to develop and manage key accounts in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic transportation and last-mile delivery services
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard corporate / retail clients
  • Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or last-mile delivery
  • Strong experience in B2B sales within the Bahrain market
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong understanding of domestic transportation, fleet-based logistics, and last-mile operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is preferred
  • Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
