Position: Business Development Specialist /Transportation & Parcel Delivery (B2B)

About the Job

WE. LOGISTICS is a growing logistics company specializing in transportation and parcel delivery solutions. We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales within the logistics, transportation and courier industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in transportation and parcel delivery sectors
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage
Experience and Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics, transportation, courier, or parcel delivery industry
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Bahrain Market
  • Strong understanding of freight, last-mile delivery, and supply chain solutions
  • Demonstrated success in closing high‑value corporate deals
  • Established network of business clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid Visa in Bahrain and Bahraini Driving license
