As trailblazers in Middle East digital assets and cryptocurrencies, we are continuing to scale our institutional and HNWI footprint.

The Role:

Business Development & Client Growth Building & Leveraging Expertise
  • Identify and engage new HNWI and institutional clients
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from ideation to revenue
  • Prepare presentations and content to advance institutional conversations
  • Collaborate with Marketing on tailored institutional outreach
  • Drive onboarding, activation, and recurring revenue streams
  • Develop new market-fit strategies and customer use cases
  • Organize and support Rain events and roadshows
  • Proactively source and close leads via calls, email, and social platforms
Expanding Existing VIP Relationships
  • Strengthen and grow existing client relationships with clear revenue targets
  • Ensure Rain’s value proposition is fully delivered post-onboarding
  • Provide best-in-class service and trading execution
  • Maximize trading activity across Brokerage, Pro, and OTC platforms
  • Upsell additional services and grow through referrals
  • Engage clients to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities
  • Analyze client data and provide strategic insights and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and account management
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies and digital assets
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
