The Office Administrator will ensure smooth daily operations of King’s Bahrain Clinic by managing front desk services, supporting billing processes, coordinating staff schedules, and assisting with patient service needs. This role acts as the main point of contact for operational matters and ensures compliance with Bahrain’s health authority regulations, while escalating issues to the Clinic Operations Manager or GCC Program Coordinator when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk activities, patient flow, appointments, and clinic documentation.
- Support billing by verifying insurance, processing payments, and preparing daily transaction summaries.
- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
- Coordinate doctors’ schedules, track attendance, and assist staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with NHRA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
- Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of front desk or administrative experience in a healthcare setting in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of NHRA regulatory requirements.
- Skills in MS Office, billing basics, communication, customer service, and handling sensitive information.
