We’re on the hunt for an Early-Career Web Designer who lives and breathes the web, wants real mentorship, and is ready to ship quality work for real clients.

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm AWST

• Design and build responsive pages in Word Press (Elementor)
• Turn briefs and wireframes into polished layouts
• Optimise for speed, accessibility, and conversions
• Prep and compress assets, handle basic image editing, and add simple motion when useful
• Use AI tools regularly for content, images, and video
• Implement on-page SEO basics: headings, internal links, metadata
• Configure forms, tracking, and goals in GA4 + Tag Manager
• Manage updates, staging, and backups in WP Engine
• QA your work, fix issues fast, and keep communication clear

• Fresh graduate is prioritized
• Good command in English is Mandatory
• Self-driven and quick to execute
• Obsessed with learning and improving
• Detail-focused with solid HTML + CSS foundations
• Comfortable in Word Press + Elementor
• Curious about CRO, UX, and design that drives results
• A clear communicator who owns outcomes and deadlines
• Understanding of GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO fundamentals
• Interest in AI for faster, smarter workflows

Tools you’ll use: Word Press, Elementor, WP Engine, Figma, GA4, Tag Manager, Google Workspace, Page Speed Insights, , Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Mid Journey, ChatGPT.
