About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Management Trainee to join our team at Green Earth Ventures Indonesia' in Manado, North Sulawesi. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations and management, with the aim of developing into a future leader within our organisation.

• Participate in a structured training programme to gain exposure to different departments and functions within the company
• Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations
• Contribute to project management, data analysis, and problem-solving tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a well-rounded understanding of the business
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a proactive approach to your work

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or economics
• Demonstrated leadership experience, either through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• A passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic organisation
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) is preferred
