- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new revenue opportunities in the logistic sector.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders in the B2B industry, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and B2B customer needs, providing insights for the company's service offerings and growth initiatives.
- Lead and negotiate high-value B2B deals and contracts effectively to meet or exceed sales targets and secure profitable revenue streams.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align business goals, deliver comprehensive logistics solutions, and provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B business development, Key Account Management, or Sales. - Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the proven ability to influence and close high-value deals effectively. - Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
