Part Time Delivery & Warehouse Crew

The Delivery & Warehouse Crew [DWC] are responsible for excellent customer care in delivering fresh product on time, rotating & merchandizing customer stock and reporting customer issues to area sales reps and the Warehouse Manager. The DWC are involved in ALL daily warehouse and delivery functions, including loading trucks for long haul and local deliveries as well as warehouse cleaning and upkeep.

This position is seasonal / part time with potential for a full-time position.

• Support inventory control activities of all supplies including packaging, raw goods, warehouse, brewery and retail materials, supplies and equipment required for the production, retail and administration teams.
• Support best practices for all finished product for inventory loss control, freshness standards and efficient deliveries.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and communication of needs for all company vehicles and warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Prepare accurate daily driving and safety logs. Maintain clean vehicle standards. Promptly submit accident/near-miss reports and exercise good driving practices.
• Accurately prepare and deliver all orders to both retail accounts and outside distributors and return accurate paperwork back to MBC administration team.
• Follow company delivery SOP
• Adhere to all warehouse and delivery safety and cleanliness standards.
  
  Accurately report all incidents verbally and in writing to on site Supervisor/Manager immediately.
• Provide friendly, helpful, responsive and accurate customer service.
• Adhere to Mammoth Brewing Company’s core values and company goals.
• This position requires frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and working in tight spaces.
• Complete other duties as necessary.

The DELIVERY & WAREHOUSE CREW reports directly to the Warehouse Manager, works with Area Sales Repson customer service and works with all administration staff on inventory management.

• Class B license is preferred – we will train the right candidate; pay increases with Class B
• First 6-month evaluation available to discuss potential pay increase
• Must be able to safely lift a 160lb keg
• Must have a clean driving record
• Hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift experience preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Excellent organization and communication
• Delivery and Warehouse Experience a plus
