** A little about this job:
*** Supervises lift operators in the operation of the lifts in an assigned area.
* Maintains department and company standards with a high attention to detail.
* Conducts mid and end of season employee evaluations.
* Investigates / documents lift and employee incidents as required. Prepares necessary documentation in a timely manner.
* Communicates relevant topics in daily morning meetings.
** Requirements:
*** Must include a resume as part of your application.
* High school graduate or equivalent experience.
* One season in lift operations.
* Strong guest service skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
* Strong writing skills.
* Must be flexible with weekly schedules and daily start times.
* Must be proficient in skiing / snowboarding in variable conditions.
