Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mamaroneck, New York on a long-term contract basis. This role involves supporting various office functions, including clerical tasks, customer service, and record management, to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

- Process applications and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately.

- Create and finalize billing statements with precision.

- Scan and organize physical and digital documents for efficient recordkeeping.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and attentive assistance.

- Update and maintain records to address backlogs and ensure up-to-date information.

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to support administrative workflows and address immediate needs.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- Assist in managing resident-related tasks and inquiries with excellent customer service. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software.

- Strong customer service abilities, with excellent communication skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks such as billing and record updates.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers.

- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
