Salary and Pay Details:

• Salary: $1300 or more per week.
• Paid by the mile: $0.665.
• Weekly average miles: 1600.
• Average stops per week: 12.
• Start time: 6:00–7:00 am.

• Deliver SOLO: AR, OK, TX, MO, LA, MS, TN, KS.
• Route:
  Home Daily.
• Tractor:
  Day Cab (auto restriction is ok).
• Trailer:
  Flatbed – no tarping.
• 6 months of flatbed experience required.
• Freight: load securement – strapping.
• Freight: no touch unload with a moffet.

• Uniform and boot allowance provided.
• Paid personal time off starts on day 1 – 80 hours accrued in the first year.
• Paid PTO – if not used, remaining balance paid at hourly rate.
• Medical, dental, vision start at 30 days.
• 12 weeks of paid maternity leave (eligibility requirements, including work tenure, apply).

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements.
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years experience within the last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Some positions require employment and education verification, motor‑vehicle records check, road test, badging, or background requirements of the customer.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
