- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter, checking doors, access points, and restricted areas for unusual activity and/or hazards.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and/or public emergency services as appropriate.
- Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and directing visitors and contractors according to site procedures, while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
- Carry, maintain, and use issued firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, local laws, and post orders, completing required training and documenting security‑related activities, observations, and incidents.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have Act 235 qualification.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
