** About the role
** As a
** Registered Nurse
** in our
** Plastics, Vascular, and Breast Reconstruction
** surgical ward, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to positive outcomes in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical setting.
We are seeking committed nurses for
** permanent part-time positions**, with flexible shift availability across a
** seven-day rotating roster**, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in line with Cabrini’s values and clinical standards
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care
* Ensure patient needs, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are maintained at all times
* Support continuous quality improvement and contribute to a positive team culture
** About You
** You are a compassionate and dedicated nurse with a passion for surgical nursing and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
*
* You will have:
*** Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
* Minimum
** 2-3 years of acute surgical nursing experience**, preferably in
** plastics or vascular surgery**
* ** Strong clinical skills
** in post-operative care, including
** wound and drain management**
* ** Excellent communication skills
** and a
** professional, respectful demeanor
*** A
** proactive and adaptable approach**, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A proven ability to
** work effectively within a multidisciplinary team**, contributing to positive patient outcomes
