Job DescriptionPackaging Associate (Malvern, AR)
Compensation – $16.90 - $20.18 depends on experience

- 12‑hour rotating shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support for operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration.
- Notify supervisors of quality issues as they arise.
- Make minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Able to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

- Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
