Packaging Associate (Malvern, AR)

Compensation – $16.90 - $20.18 depends on experience

• 12‑hour rotating shifts
• 07:00 am – 07:00 pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support for operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration.
• Notify supervisors of quality issues as they arise.
• Make minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Able to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
