Part Time Ambulatory Services Housekeeper

We are hiring immediately for a part‑time Ambulatory Services Housekeeper at Nemours – 30 Worthington Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355. Online applications are accepted only. Pay is from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour.

  Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
• No previous experience required – training will be provided

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs, stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning and realigns them according to recommended layout.
• Clears floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste and cleans the waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other supplies.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and storage areas in a clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
