Leading property services and maintenance company working within FM, Gas Services and Maintenance.

We have an opportunity for an Electricaina to join our responsive maintenance and breakdown team in the North Yorkshire area. The primary focus of this role will be to undertake Electrical Testing and Inspection on MOD residential properties.

• Carrying out necessary Health and Safety risk assessments when on site.
• Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances to required standards.
• Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations.
• Replace electrical sockets and fittings.
• Read and interpret information from job outline tickets.

• Driving license.
• Subject to an Enhanced DBS.
• Ability to effectively manage time and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
