Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs, working in partnership with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals. Our Technical department is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (QA) to join the team.

• Understanding and applying relevant standards and codes of practice so that our customers, Pro–Pak Foods and legal requirements are achieved and maintained.
• Understanding and successfully implanting the quality management systems
• Assist in the delivery of site standards for visits and audits either through direct input, indirect support and/or organisation of QA Team activities
• Manage QA requirements for product launches
• You’ll be the role model for delivering key behaviour’s and values
• Operating in a safe working manner and support the site/business with continuous improvements
• Assist in communicating to suppliers on technical issues to achieve resolution
• Understanding of HACCP and experience working in food manufacturing

You will provide practical support to drive and promote a Quality Assurance culture.
