As an Area Repairs Surveyor, youllhelp deliver a high-standard repairs and voids service, working closely with teams across Property Operations to support great customer outcomes. Hybrid, weekly presence at the Boston office.(North Lincolnshire patch to cover Grimsby) Snapshot of your role Deliver a responsive repairs and voids service that meets Ampliusstandards and supports a positive customer experience. Oversee the quality of works completed in customers homes, ensuring consistency, safetyand value for money. Manage a defined portfolio of homes, taking ownership of their overall condition,performance and planned works.

Monitor and improve stock performance, using data and insight to inform decisions and maintain high standards. Champion strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery and shared accountability. Promote a proactive, high-performance culture that supports continuous improvement across the service. Maintain high levelsof customer satisfaction, contributing to positive Tenant Satisfaction Measures through timely, efficient repairs. Participate in the emergency call-out rota and manage
