This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered Architectural practice with studios across Yorkshire. They are looking for a talented Senior Architect to lead on a range of residential projects for their team in York.

- Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
- Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
- ARB registered
- Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD
- Experience working on residential projects
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong drawing and design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver's License
- Live within a commutable distance to the York area
