About

The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to join the Dyson Global Trading & Performance team and help shape the next chapter of our global trading strategy. As our Ecommerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance across , combining analytical rigour with a deep understanding of customer behaviour to optimise the experience and maximise sales.

This is a high-impact role, reporting into the Global Trading Lead, and working closely with our markets and our Product, Media, UX/UI, A/B testing, Merchandising and Performance & Insights teams. You’ll support the development and execution of trading strategies across multiple markets, ensuring were responding to customer behaviour with agility, insight, and innovation.

Such tasks include;

  • Play a transformational role within the global e-commerce function, bringing fresh perspectives and industry-leading experience.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Benchmark performance and strategic approaches against Dyson sites and external competitors to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within performance data, recommending and testing operational actions. Analyse and optimise our proposition by market to drive relevance and conversion.
  • Champion adoption of best practice frameworks, including scorecard development and tracking for ongoing optimisation across markets
  • Lead end-to-end projects across global markets, applying best practices and learnings from market to market
  • Own campaign execution from conception through implementation, ensuring all campaign and asset needs are identified and delivered.
About You
  • Proven experience in ecommerce and trading of web platforms or related spaces. Experience with content optimisation, e-commerce best practice, digital marketing, online trading, merchandising and campaign management.
  • A customer-first approach, adapting strategies based on behaviour and market insights.
  • Strong analytical approach to identify and understand trends based on data and insight with a detailed understanding of ecommerce eco-systems and levers to drive performance. Able to review data to understand a problem and communicate it simply.
  • Team-orientated with ability to effectively communicate priorities and collaborate with partners across the organization at all levels.
  • Results driven, a problem solver, able to challenge, energetic, engaging, positive, commercial, analytical, articulate, excellent initiative, able to build strong relationships, approachable, supportive.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leaders across the business.
  • A fluent English speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 3-5 years in ecommerce, commercial and digital focused roles.
