Delivery Manager

Our Digital Delivery team brings Dyson technology to life. We create imagery, films, content, experiences, and services that explain our machines, their benefits, and the real problems they solve for our Owners. We build assets and journeys so Owners can choose, purchase, learn about, and solve issues with their machines—  with ease and confidence.

As our Experience Delivery Manager, you will play a central role in the Digital Delivery team. You will own and manage digital projects through a dedicated cross‑functional Squad, acting as a key contact for stakeholders across the business.

You will:

• Gather requirements:
  Ensure briefs are accurate, achievable, and meet all team needs. Collaborate with the Experience Delivery Lead to resolve any gaps.
• Plan and prioritise:
  Maintain project backlogs, support capacity planning, and highlight risks or changes to the Experience Delivery Lead.
• Communicate and report:
  Share regular project updates and risks with relevant teams and leadership.
• Oversee production:
  Drive the team to deliver digital projects on time and to standard, championing continuous improvement and best practices.
• Manage stakeholders and suppliers:
  Set expectations, ensure project clarity, and work closely with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Facilitate collaboration:
  Lead effective Squad meetings with clear actions and outcomes.
• Deliver campaigns:
  Support the execution of digital assets, web pages, retail content, and eCRM.

You will bring:

• Experience with Content Management Systems and project tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong skills in working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Effective planning and management of digital asset demand and briefs
• Experience collaborating with third‑party suppliers
• Experience managing a digital or design studio
• Familiarity working alongside technical teams
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working, including Scrum
