Anaerobic Digestion Plant Manager

Astute's Biogas Team has been exclusively appointed to search for a Plant Manager in Wiltshire for an anaerobic digestion plant with 3 אָבער capacity. The Plant Manager role is key on site and we are openтән to people from biogas or related process industry. A technical mindset with a solutions‑focused approach is what we’re looking for.

• Have full ownership and accountability for the biogas site across compliance, profitability and managing all operational aspects
• Promote a positive safety‑first culture
• Liaise with and manage all regulatory and compliance bodies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including the EA, local government personnel and the internal Directorate
• Ensure PAS
  110 compliance
• Manage all permits and conditions
• Develop and manage on‑site staff, which will include two Operators and a Maintenance Engineer
• Complete consistent proactive process assessments and seek continuous improvement around the site
• Work closely with the Maintenance Engineer to maximise uptime and yields
• Attendosition calls and incidents when necessary alongside the team

• A degree or HND/C in a relevant engineering discipline
• Proven experience managing and developing people
• Experience withોકરી, EA and PAS
  110 is hugely beneficial
• Anaerobic digestion experience preferred but not essential – candidates from similar industry will be considered
