Sales Account Manager (Commission-Only | Warm Inbound Leads | Remote)
Hello Magic is hiring a Sales Account Manager to help close warm inbound leads for our business growth systems. This is a remote, commission-only role with strong earning potential and no cold calling.

The RoleYou’ll work with prospects who have already expressed interest, guiding them through our solutions and helping them make confident decisions.
Responsibilities- Close warm inbound opportunities via phone and Zoom
- Identify business owner needs and challenges
- Present our marketing and automation systems clearly
- Address objections and move deals forward
- Maintain basic CRM notes and follow-ups
Hello Magic helps local service businesses grow through:
- High-converting websites and local SEO
- Google Maps (GBP) ranking systems
- Lead generation and automation
- Virtual receptionists and follow-up workflows
This is a consultative sale of a proven system, not a one-off service.
Compensation- Commission-only
- Average commission per sale: ~ 900
- Uncapped earning potential
- No base salary or hourly pay
- Are comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Prefer closing warm inbound leads over cold outreach
- Are confident selling on calls or Zoom
- Value flexibility and performance-based upside
