Assist Team Leadership in the Supervision of all Prepared Foods Team Members and ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Department.

Job Duties
- Model and deliver outstanding customer service, ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
- Supervise the work of others in the department, ensuring production and service standards are being met at all times.
- Prepare, package, weigh, and price prepared foods products for sale.
- Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation of product.
- Maintain accurate signage and pricing.
- Maintain and monitor the use of temperature, production, spoilage, and department transfer logs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work area.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
- Operate and sanitize all Kitchen equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Job Duties
May perform similar and incidental duties as required by Management.
Qualifications- Education: High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of Supervisory experience in retail prepared foods (culinary/kitchen/restaurant)
- Knowledge/
Skills:
Strong knowledge of proper knife-handling skills. Basic proficiency with computer applications and programs including email, Microsoft Office, and operations related applications. - Ability to direct the work of others as well as follow directions and established procedures.
- Strong knowledge of general prepared foods department practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
OtherMust have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time.
Other AbilitiesAbility to maintain a high level of Guest Service.
