Pepperdine Graziadio Business School seeks an accomplished leader to serve as Executive Director of Enrollment Management
.
Founded in 1969, the Graziadio Business School is anchored in integrity and innovation and is dedicated to shaping leaders who drive meaningful, positive change. Graziadio offers programs across full-time, part-time, and executive formats, including doctoral, master's, bachelor’s, joint degrees, and professional development courses. Programs are delivered across four California graduate campuses, online, and in flexible hybrid formats. Pepperdine is a private research university with a Christian mission and a commitment to academic excellence.
Reporting to the Dean, this pivotal role drives the development and execution of high-impact enrollment strategies that fuel demand, strengthen conversion, and deliver exceptional enrollment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of graduate business programs. The Executive Director works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives reflect Pepperdine’s commitments to academic excellence, transformational learning, and ethical leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies to drive demand and improve conversion across graduate business programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage resources to implement modern recruitment techniques and data-driven solutions.
- Leverage CRM systems and analytics to optimize recruitment, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with academic units and admissions to align programs, admissions policies, and enrollment targets with institutional goals.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to inform strategy and senior leadership decision-making.
- Represent the school at internal and external events, cultivate relationships with prospective students, and promote Pepperdine’s values and mission.
- Advanced degree in higher education administration, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in higher education recruitment and admissions, ideally within graduate business programs, with demonstrated management experience.
- Proven track record in driving enrollment growth, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging data/CRM to optimize recruitment.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and operational efficiency skills; ability to implement modern enrollment techniques.
- Sales orientation, collaborative leadership, high integrity, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications:
MBA, MS/MA, or doctorate in related fields.

This is a Regular, Exempt, 40-hour per week position.
Expected Pay Range: $153,000 - $180,000 per year – may be negotiable. Pepperdine offers a robust benefits package.
