Spiritual Counselor – Part Time and Full Time Position Available.

In‑Person, Malibu, California.

• Provide individual and group sessions.
• Perform spiritual assessments to identify clients’ needs, concerns, and opportunities for spiritual growth.
• Work with clients to co‑create tailored practices, including compassionate self‑forgiveness, affirmations, yin/yang breathing, awareness meditation, and journaling.
• Actively participate in the multi‑disciplinary team process by providing and sharing information with the Clinical Director and other team members that positively impacts the overall treatment plan.
• Adhere to the documentation guidelines set forth by Passages.

• Accredited certificate from a Spiritual Therapy institution required;
  Master’s in Depth Psychology preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must fulfill pre‑employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet 24/7/365 healthcare facility needs.
