Customer Service Representative

The customer service representative will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to resolve issues quickly. Must be willing to listen, learn, and address customer concerns effectively.

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills over phone and digital platforms
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software
