The KAM Wipes, UK & Scandic will be responsible for the management and development of the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia region for the Professional Wipes segment. Drives customer intimacy and growth by understanding and meeting customer needs and developing strong partnerships with distributors & converters. Responsible to help develop the strategy for this region for Chicopee, Sontara and roll good sales.
Accountable for multiple high value direct customers as well as the co-ordination of 1 to 2 FTEs also working within this region.
- Deliver the AOP targets for the region, through identified key growth, pricing and volume strategies.
- Willing and able to travel within the region for customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, plant visits and internal sales meetings within Europe.
- Understand the key market trends and customer needs, to drive development with PLM and PD teams to ensure Magnera solutions fit the market needs in terms of price/quality/value.
- Build relationships with defined customers and potential customers, understanding their businesses and needs and using that information to develop Magnera strategies for improved profitability and growth.
- Utilize the company CRM system to track, evaluate and assess customer management within the region as well as the health of the sales pipeline and business risks.
- Work within a cross functional team including Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Finance and HR functional leaders to meet the Specialties segment business targets.
- Use and gather market and competition data in order to identify opportunities for increased market share.
- Take ownership for the relationship between customers and all departments within production site.
- Relevant field experience and demonstrated success
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in a sales related role with distribution push/pull models
- Experience in B2B manufacturing companies
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be beneficial
