What You’ll Be Doing

As an Loader Operative, you’ll work as part of a supportive team helping to keep the local area clean, safe and sustainable. This is an active, outdoor role ideal for people who enjoy being on their feet and working collaboratively.

• Supporting waste and recycling operations to help reduce environmental impact.
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team across the Maldon area.
• Engaging with the public in a polite and professional manner.
• Following health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
• Carrying out daily tasks that contribute to a cleaner, greener community.
