Position: Outreach SEMH Tutor (Secondary)

Our client, a leading provider of specialised education support in Maldon, Essex, is currently seeking an exceptional Part-time Outreach SEMH Tutor to join their talented team.

As an Outreach SEMH Tutor, you will have the unique opportunity to work with students who require additional support to overcome social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Key responsibilities of the Part-time Outreach SEMH Tutor include:
  • Conducting one-to-one and small group sessions to provide targeted support
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting intervention plans as needed
  • Engaging with parents and carers to provide updates and guidance
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest SEMH practices
