Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with clients and collateral partners.
- Set limits for youth and develop interventions.
- Initiate and monitor treatment planning for clients.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Interact effectively in reporting as directed for computer and paper reports.
- Participate in on-call services as needed.
- Represent the agency on task forces and community boards.
- Attend meetings within the agency and with collateral partners.
- Stay informed on trends and significant events in Human Services and Case Management.
- Analyze situations, identify problems, and evaluate alternative courses of action.
- Plan and organize work effectively to ensure completion.
- Use discretion and judgment under supervisor's guidance.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Document all work responsibly, accurately, and completely.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to these responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license
- Verification of personal auto insurance with specified coverage
- Experience in working with children and families
This is a Permanent position based out of Malden, MA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $51000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
