We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead operations at an established boutique fitness studio in Middlesex County
. This is a rare opportunity for a strong leader to step into an existing studio with an active member base and experienced team without the pressure of a startup or launch.

The ideal candidate is a confident operator, strategic seller, and hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. You'll be responsible for driving membership growth, elevating client satisfaction, supporting team performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations all while maintaining discretion during a sensitive leadership transition.

Lead day-to-day operations of an established studio with professionalism and discretion

Build strong relationships with staff, members, and the local community

Analyze team performance, studio workflows, and member engagement

Motivate and manage a team to achieve membership and retention goals

Manage outreach and local partnerships to drive brand awareness

Handle inbound and outbound communications, including follow‑ups and sales conversations

Ensure operational excellence in cleanliness, scheduling, reporting, and inventory

Partner with ownership to track KPIs and contribute to overall business success

Represent the brand with integrity during a confidential transition period

2+ years of management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail

Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership

Strong people skills and ability to earn trust quickly in existing teams

Experience handling leadership changes or transitions professionally

Comfortable working independently and being highly accountable

Local market knowledge of Middlesex County is a plus

Available full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed

Base Salary: $50,000 per year

Commission + Bonus: Performance‑based earnings available monthly and quarterly
