Title III Summer Enrichment Program

Teachers - Rising Grades 3-8

(7 Positions Total)

EL Summer Enrichment Program Dates:
July 6
- July 30, 2026 {NO Fridays}

Time: 8:30am-12:30pm {FREE breakfast & lunch}

Qualifications:

* Valid Massachusetts teacher certification and SEI endorsement

* Willingness to implement WIDA Standards Statements

* Ability to relate /communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and administrators

* Monitor student safety on school premises and on school related field trips.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Administer and score pre/post tests and write anecdotal evaluations.

* Participate in two staff development meetings.

* Implement standards-based lessons using WIDA 2020 Standards and MA Curriculum Frameworks

* Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records.

* Perform other related activities as required.

Duration:
Program Administration and Implementation 90 hours total to include the following:

* Professional Planning Days tentatively June 25 & 26 (5 hours each day). Planning can happen asynchronously however at least 1 hour must be spent in person preparing the summer school classroom

* 20 days, Monday-Thursday, from July 6 - July 30 (8:30 a.m.

- 12:30 p.m.)

Stipend: $40 an hour, $3,600.00 total
